It is also a LSDBE in the District of Columbia. GiniCorp was founded in July, of 2001 as JE Technologies to help IT executives improve IT effectiveness and reduce IT costs. JE Technologies changed its name to GiniCorp in February 2003, and still does business with some customers as JE Technologies.
